Im out of shape and on my quest to get back into exercising, I wanted to find something that I could ease back into so I didnt tear my body up. This is the best app Ive found for easing into a routine without feeling intimidated. Its even great for people who have never worked out a day in their life. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because Ive only been using it a week...Im sure itll earn the 5th.
When I link the app to the Apple-native Health app, it doesnt not sync my results to the health app. I use this app on my iPad rather than the iPhone or Apple Watch.
Theres nothing I hate more than an app that claims to be free but isnt.... The download is free. Creating your plan and getting to the workouts is not. Be prepared to shell out about $1 a week, which that in itself isnt much. But why would I want to pay $58 a year for a workout app when I can get a free one like NTC? Deleted.
Keeps it simple. Great variety of exercises and really good instructional videos. Terrific interface. Super easy to use!
Excellent! Please add meal programs snd food intake tracking to the app not the website.

Whooped my butt! It motivates you but the workout level is based on your own fitness so anyone can succeed no matter how much or how little they workout

Discovering this app is the best thing that happened to my health. The yearly subscription ($50?) is an absolute steal for such a quality app and workout plan-- the 12-week custom plan is spot on for my fitness level (you take a short fitness assessment before beginning the program). The instructional videos (1 for EACH exercise) are the best way Ive ever seen. Even an absolute beginner will be able to determine the proper form. And since its all body weight, you can keep exercising even while traveling. The absolute BEST workout app Ive ever used.
Between using Runtastic Results, "Me", and Runtastic...I love it. They all work together and motivate you! Great app, would definitely recommend!
Its better than doing it by yourself. It gives you encouragement and it will work every part of your body. Cant wait to see my results!
This shouldnt be listed as "free" app. When you download it, you have to pay to get past the first page
I want keep going abs crushes and felt good. Great app said I exercise everyday sometimes missed oh well. I like apps really immediate and basics all learn different workout.
Nothing is as disappointing as finding out that the app is worthless when you dont subscribe
Dont have time for the gym so this is real easy to do at home
I like your apps but one minor suggestion to this one: clarify that the timer starts ticking when Start is clicked and that one should automatically go on to the next exercise. I was waiting for voice prompts as in your other apps.
Im on week 5... And yes, it works! Yes, I hate going to the gym.. So this app is exactly what I needed! 15 to 20 min, 5 days a week.. Boom! Give it a try.. But dont forget: discipline is the master key for your success!
