This apps is garbage. Been trying to delete the stupid thing and it keeps showing up in my App Store to update. I just want this crappy app off my phone.
Once I purchased premium, I spent an hour trying to get the plan and look up how to use this. No demos anywhere, not even their own site! What a useless pile of garbage!!!!!!
If you need structure at home, this is the perfect thing. Whether youre a rookie or pro working out, this will definitely work for you.
I love the Beachbody workouts, but I will be on the road for several months and cant take them with me and I hate Beachbody on demand. This is a great alternative app. It has tons of workouts and exercises. I have the pro version because the free version just seemed to be way too small of a taste for me to actually get real workouts in on the road.
Love the personalized workouts. Even though I have been working for a year, it nailed my fitness level.
RUNTASTIC Results Premium has everything I ever wanted from a training/workout app. The workouts are totally legit, and its very motivational! The nutrition plan is icing on the healthy cake really, because it just adds to the greatness. Additionally, the custom workouts are brilliant, and guarantee a good sweat, and great satisfaction! You can even watch detailed, short vids on each individual workout, in order to learn the perfect form and prevent injury! I cant say enough about how much I love this life changing app. Buy it, its worth the .97$ a week. =)
Just put a price on it. Why waste peoples time and data?
There is ZERO utility to this app unless you purchase the subscription. Not even a sample plan to try. Complete waste.
I love this app, it easy to use, keep me in control of when I want to workout and the its very user friendly. Totally recommend !

I dont have a lot of time. I can get up and spend 15-20 minutes and get my strength work in and get on with my day! Love it
Everything in this app appears to be behind a paywall. I tried to access their standalone workouts then ended up stuck on an ad about their monthly fees. I dont have a problem paying for apps and services but I feel the description and marketing of this app is slightly deceitful. Dont bother installing unless youre prepared to pay between $10 and $50 (depending on length of membership).
Day 2- I love it. I need to download the running part of the app and figure out how to use the nutrition part, too. Im staying in hotels and the workouts are easy to do in small spaces. I love running, but had to take 2 months off due to surgery. This has been a great way to start working out again. Im motivated to do these exercises that are tough, but not killing me.
I have really enjoyed using this app for body weight training. I love that I dont have to worry about any equipment (except a mat). The training keeps pushing my limits and the "results" are really showing! The Apple Watch app is convenient, but has a slight lag part of the time. If I could change one thing, I would like to get credit for part of the workout I am able to complete if I cant get through all of it. If you quit, you lose all the progress in that session and essentially have to start completely over. Otherwise, its awesome. Ive been using it 3-4 days a week and have seen great results.
Fantastic mix of seemingly straight forward exercises but the pacing and self-direction allows you to really ramp ump intensity, in a good way that is. I found the test workout really excellent and feel the things in my plan are calibrated correctly. Would like to see more voice instruction between the Rounds in each workout so I have a better sense of whether to keep going or take recommended pauses. The only other piece would be to allow for me to choose a station or playlist to work out through. Definitely love this so far!
I would like to see shorter workouts for beginners. If you dont complete you assigned workout for the day, you lose all credit. Some of the workouts are too fast and longer than expected. Again, as a beginner, a slower and less intense for starters is best.
I like to workout but Life gets in the way. This app is not only my personal trainer but it is a log for my progress to help motivate me.
Advertised a 12 week free trial plan, not at all a free trial.
