Great training app!
I have really enjoyed using this app for body weight training. I love that I dont have to worry about any equipment (except a mat). The training keeps pushing my limits and the "results" are really showing! The Apple Watch app is convenient, but has a slight lag part of the time.
If I could change one thing, I would like to get credit for part of the workout I am able to complete if I cant get through all of it. If you quit, you lose all the progress in that session and essentially have to start completely over. Otherwise, its awesome. Ive been using it 3-4 days a week and have seen great results.
