Nothing is free

To be honest, I cant comment on the quality of the workout in this app because its being promoted as free, but when you download it, you cant use it without paying something.

Unfortunately, I feel misled and so I cant recommend this. Its like allowing someone to download Facebook for free, but they cant see any updates or post any of their own without signing up for a plan.

Be honest.
