Easy to keep up with but hard enough to feel it!
No excuses to miss this, the most Ive EVER done through 7 weeks was 45 minutes because I thought it was very difficult. Otherwise 20-30 minutes and definitely works you but easy enough to power through and say "I have to do this and I can do this."
