Im pleased with the workouts so far. Im a premium member of Runtastic and I felt like I needed the push. Im working on loosing body fat and toning up. If you want results give it a try. Im very happy with the way I feel after every workout since I cannot run daily with grad school. This gives me a quick workout with results
