Going well, so far
I dont usually stick to exercise programs and at 4 weeks into a 12 week set, its a little premature to rate properly. But at 4 weeks I feel great, and noticing slight changes - mainly around endurance at this point. I started out at the very bottom of the fitness scale and Results gave me an initial assessment that put me in the just at or slightly under midpoint at completion of the course. Based on progress so far Id say it has it about right.
Exercises are effective and quick, easy to fit in to a packed schedule and completely free of equipment or weights. Body is the resistance.
